What exactly do I get?

How do I receive my files?
Your download is available immediately after your purchase is confirmed, and a copy of the link is sent to the email you use at checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder, then email us.
Which platforms do these work for?
All of our templates work for Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and direct-booking hosts. The messages are platform-agnostic — you save them as saved replies in whichever app you use.
Can I use them for more than one property?
